In God We Trust

I would like to take a few moments introduce myself to you. My name is Neal Cartin. I was born outside of Williamsburg, Virginia. As a young child, my family moved to a small town in Northern New York called Massena. After graduating from Massena Central High School in 1980, I went on to attend a year of college at SUNY Canton Agricultural and Technical College in Canton, New York. At this point, I had the opportunity to become a corrections officer for the state of New York and completed my training in Albany, followed by additional training at Clinton Correctional Facility in Danemora. After being transferred to two additional correctional facilities, I realized that the life of a corrections officer was not my calling.

From there, I enlisted in the United States Navy. After completing basic training and specialty training, I was stationed aboard the USS Dahlgren DDG 43 for 5 years. Following this service, I was honorably discharged. While serving, I was awarded the Navy Achievement medal for actions taken that saved countless lifes outside of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I spent some time as Chief of the Norfolk Volunteer Rescue squad and also President of the Massena rescue squad after being discharged from the Navy. I continue to save lives while serving as an advanced life support provider and educator/trainer; my passion continues to be to help save souls by bringing them to Christ.

I was born again in November of 1988, and baptized in the icy waters of Oswegatchie River. A hunger and passion for greater knowledge, wisdom and understanding was placed in me by the Lord. This hunger lead to me attending several seminaries in and out of the North Country, all leading me towards an Associate's degree in Christian Studies, an a Bachelors degree in Theology, I also hold a license into the ministry to preach the gospel. I take the Message of the Cross to the streets, parks, campuses, hospitals, churches and pulpits all over the North, Northeast and north Midwest. I belong to a non-denominational group that gives me the opportunity to reach a much greater diversity of people. I believe in all aspects of the Holy Bible, God's Inspired Word; especially our part in fulfilling the Great Commission. I am involved in many aspects of Evangelism; carpentry and electrical work in servant hood Evangelism, preaching, teaching and witnessing, as well as volunteering in the communities in which I live. My passion is to reach the lost with the message of the Cross, and also in teaching others how to reach the lost by word or by deed.
